Grunt Books was developed by a Marine Grunt with the need to efficiently develop combat mission orders, combat support requests, combat reports, and tracking.  Using notebook paper, MRE boxes, and other miscellaneous items to write such essential information on became a joke.  There are some times that this has to happen, but with the proper gear, Grunt Books believes that you can alleviate some of the friction that's caused by battle.
